Booking Terms
Accommodation Deposits of 25% per person are required on booking with the balance of payment due at the commencement of stay. Sole Occupancy and Large Group Booking (10 or more people) A deposit of 25% of the total cost of stay is required on booking, a further payment of 40% is due 2 months prior to commencement of stay, with the balance of payment being due 14 days prior to commencement of stay. If booked less than 2 months in advance, a deposit of 25% of the total cost of stay is required on booking, a further payment of 40% is due 1 month prior to commencement of stay, with the balance due 14 days prior to commencement of stay. Overnight Rides Deposits of $100 per person are required. Bookings made by telephone will be held for 7 days, pending receipt of deposit. Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to commencement of ride. If booking less than 14 days prior to a ride, full payment required on booking. Trail Rides Deposits of 25% per person are required on booking of day and half day rides with the balance of payment due on the day of the ride. Please Note: All prices are inclusive of GST and are valid until 30th June 2008.
